About Nuvi
Nuvi is an iPhone app: you scan a product at the store and it answers yes or no for your goal — losing fat, building muscle or maintaining. These pages are the public part: the label's answer, the same for anyone.

The rule and who reviews it
Every page answers with a fixed rule over the label, written out in full in “How we decide the verdict”. There is no AI model behind the public answer, and no brand pays to come out better.
Written by the Nuvi team from the public sources cited here. No registered nutritionist has reviewed it yet.
Where the data comes from
Every page states its source and the date it was updated. The figures are the source's own, unrounded.
- Open Food Facts, a crowdsourced database, under the Open Database License (ODbL). Derived data is published under the same licence.
- USDA FoodData Central, from the US Department of Agriculture, in the public domain (CC0).
If you spot a mistake
A label that doesn't match the package or a figure that doesn't add up: write to info@nuviapp.org with the barcode and we'll check it.
Brands and stores
Nuvi is not affiliated with the brands or stores that appear on its pages. Names are used only to identify the products.
